About the Role:
As a Veterinary Hospital Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in our mission for excellence. Collaborating closely with our doctors, hospital team, and Regional Manager. You will be tasked with optimizing hospital efficiency, nurturing team development, and ensuring unparalleled client experiences. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing day-to-day operations, managing finances, and upholding our esteemed client service standards. This role is a full-time position 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-On Leadership: Willing and eager to step in on the floor, supporting technicians, assistants, and front desk staff to keep the hospital running smoothly.
- Financial Management: Drive budget management and monitor key performance indicators to enhance hospital profitability and progress.
- Client Relations: Oversee client interactions to ensure exceptional service, maintaining our reputation for unparalleled care.
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily hospital operations, guaranteeing smooth workflows and efficient processes.
- Positive Culture: Immerse yourself in a nurturing culture that values well-being and encourages personal and professional development.
We're seeking candidates who possess:
- Experience: Licensed technician preferred but not required. A proven track record in veterinary management is an asset. Operational leadership, showcasing problem-solving skills and efficiency.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and presentation skills to engage both the team and clients.
- Financial: knowledge in financial management, including revenue control, inventory oversight, and payroll administration is an asset.
- Passion: A genuine love for animals and an unwavering dedication to providing them with optimal care.
